Giving a gift membership is easy!

1. Just print and complete the gift membership form and mail it, fax it, or stop by in person at UW Educational Outreach in Seattle's U-District (see map). You'll find complete details on the form.
2. Your recipient will receive a gift membership card and information about OLLI - UW.
